Terms and Conditions

By ordering you agree to our Terms and Conditions as described herein.

From this point onwards, the terms "we", "us" or "The Company" refer to JoSound Limited.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order and retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.

Ordering

If your order is accepted then you accept the obligation to pay the total amount made aware to you including delivery costs as described in these terms and conditions.

We will only accept bank transfers and credit/debit cards in the name and address of the person ordering via PayPal. Please note that all PayPal transactions are subject to a 4% handling fee. Goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.

Placing an order is legally binding. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please see "Cancellation and Returns" below.

Goods supplied by us are invoiced and payable in Pounds Sterling only.

Duties and Taxes

Customers must be aware that, in certain countries, customs may impose duties and taxes on the goods and that these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within three business days for items held in stock wherever possible. If an item is out of stock you will be advised by email and/or telephone of the anticipated delivery time (typically between 30 and 45 days).

We use a combination of Jersey Post, DHL and UPS services. Large or high value orders will be sent by DHL or UPS.

Cancellation and Returns

If after placing an order you wish to cancel it, then you should contact us by telephone within 24 hours of placing the order and confirm the cancellation by email using the same email address used to place the order. Our contact details are shown below under "Contact Information". Goods already dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Refunds/Returns

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company management. If the product(s) arrives in a damaged condition then you must inform us by email within 48 hours of receipt and at our discretion return the goods to us within 14 days via a recorded delivery or tracked service. Damaged goods will either by refunded or replaced.
